چکیده
Leukaemia has been reported' recently in association with apparently unrelated haematological malignancies in patients treated with cytotoxic drugs. These leukaemias are mainly acute myeloid or variants such as acute myelomonocytic3 or erythroleukaemia.' We describe a case of chronic granulocytic leukaemia (CGL) developing in a patient with a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treated with alkylating agents, an association previously unreported.
